1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cv9993 ("cv9993", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the cv9993 website at https://cv9993.app ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

cv9993 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notification. Any changes to these Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with English-language legal convention. Where there is any ambiguity in interpretation, cv9993 reserves the right to apply the interpretation most consistent with the Platform's operational policies and the principles of fair play.

These Terms apply to all activities performed on the cv9993 Platform, including sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer table games, promotional participation, deposits, withdrawals, and all use of the cv9993 customer support service.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or suspension applied by cv9993 to your account or to any prior account you held with cv9993.

cv9993 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. 3. Account Registration & Verification

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless an alternative has been verified through KYC.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance only — your cash balance remains withdrawable at any time.
• cv9993 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, fraud review, or security investigation. Players will be notified of any such delay via their registered contact details.

4.3 Responsible Use of Funds

• Minimum bet stake is ৳10 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on each individual market at the time of bet placement.
• Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player once they have been accepted and confirmed by the cv9993 system.

5.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games and slot titles available on cv9993 — including those powered by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied and audited by the respective game providers.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the cv9993 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play, respect for other users, and compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one cv9993 account, whether in your own name or under false identities.

cv9993 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including — but not limited to — voiding bets, forfeiting balances, suspending accounts, closing accounts permanently, and reporting conduct to relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

cv9993 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or an authorised third party.
• A cooling-off period request initiated by the account holder.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly inactivity fee as set out in cv9993's current fee schedule, which will be deducted from any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request the closure of their cv9993 account at any time by contacting cv9993 support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be refunded to your last verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

8.2 Self-Exclusion
